SEQUENTIAL TO PRESENT SPECIAL EDITION PROPHET-10 AT MUSIC EXPO

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Nov 4, 2024) - Celebrating its 10th anniversary, Music Expo will kick off its event for established and aspiring music creators in San Francisco this Saturday (11/9). Music Expo San Francisco presented by Focusrite Group and in association with Sound On Sound Magazine and Avid will bring together over 40 GRAMMY-winning producers, engineers, songwriters, artists and leading technology brands for a full day of programming, networking and panel discussions as they explore three major tracks: Immersive Audio Sessions presented by Neumann and ASG, Creative Sessions presented by Kali Audio and Audigo Labs, and Music Business panels. Music Expo San Francisco will take place on Saturday, Nov. 9th at one of San Francisco’s newest venues Music City San Francisco. As part of the 50 Years of Sequential celebration, The Prophet-10 Special edition will be on display for the first time in public at Music Expo.

New speakers have been added to the Music Expo lineup including Music Metadata Thought Leader Tony Brooke, Mastering & Restoration Engineer and Audio Preservationist Jessica Thompson, and Musician and Audio Engineer Heidi Trefethen.

Music Expo San Francisco will offer attendees access to over 30 masterclasses and panels, 20 exhibiting brands and the opportunity to network with over 500 music makers and industry professionals throughout the day. Rounding out an impressive lineup, San Francisco Producer/Multi-instrumentalist Otis McDonald has been announced as a special guest, Singer-songwriter/Producer and DJ Cigarbox Man will headline Music Expo’s first-ever after party concert and the conference expands this year with recently announced partners including The Recording Academy and retail partner Sweetwater.  

Don’t miss creative workshop presentations from Jai Josef, Blake Cline and Bridget Boyle. Additionally, attendees will be able to explore nine immersive Dolby Atmos workshops led by John Scanlon, Michael Romanowski, Matt Boudreau, and Leslie Ann Jones and get demonstrations from leading technology brands' as they showcase their latest products including Novation, GS Music, and Audeze.
