“My decision to create this album in Bristol was a pivotal moment for me, marking what feels like a new beginning, and a fresh chapter on my creative path. This album is about discovering strength and solace in one’s process of self-discovery. For me, it’s about exploring the depths of oneself, facing challenging questions, and finding the hope through vulnerability. Whether it’s the anthems or moments of peace on this record, I hope that people feel inspired to embrace their own individual journey,” said DeWyze.

DeWyze will perform an official showcase during AmericanaFest at The Station Inn on Thursday, Sept. 19th at 7:00 PM (full-band set).

Surrendering to the creative process, DeWyze left his home in Los Angeles to write and record this album in Bristol, VA. While spending time alone writing the album, the songwriter confronted some of the deepest, darkest places in his own personal life, leading him to explore some of life’s toughest questions. With honest reflection of self-exploration and heartfelt lyricism, DeWyze’s album Gone For Days has been lauded as;
